425225 Clean the glass-cer amic surface with a damp cloth and some manual dishw ashing deter gent. Do not use aggressiv e deter gents such as abrasiv e cleaners that can scratch the surface , abrasiv e dishwashing sponges, or stain r emo vers.
425225 Tips on using the c ookw are Use high-quality cook war e with a fl at and stable bottom. • T ransmission of heat is best when the pan bott om and the cooking zone ar e of the same diameter , and the pan is placed on the middle of the cooking z one.
