18 Setting the heating mode and the temperature Y ou can operate both ovens simultaneously with dif f erent settings. Exception: during self-cleaning in one oven, you cannot operate the second ov en. 1 Use the function selector t o set the type of heating.

21 End of cooking time Y ou can defer the end of the cooking time until later . Example: it is 2 pm. The meal takes 40 minut es to cook. It should be ready by 3.30 pm. Enter the cooking time and shift the end of the cooking time to 3.30 pm. The electronic circuitry calculates the star ting time.
22 Sabbath mode and Y om T ov mode Sabbath mode With this function, the appliance maintains a temperature between 120 and 450°F (50 and 230°C) with the convection heating function. Y ou can keep dishes warm f or up to 74 hours without having to switch on or off.
23 Y om T ov mode With this function, the appliance is programmed to per f orm in three stages. Stage 1 and 2 can be programmed for a maximum t otal duration of 74 hours. The duration of Step 3 is 1 hour and cannot be modified. Stage 1: maintains a warm temperature of 122° F (50°C) in the convection heating function.
24 Core temperature probe The core temperature probe allows you t o cook exactly to the precise lev el you require. It measures the temperature at the inside of the f ood. The automatic switch-of f when the desired core t emperature is reached ensures that all food is cook ed precisely .
25 Y ou can change the set core temperature at any time. Once the set core temperature is reached, a signal sounds. Cooking is automatically ended. Confirm with ™ and set the function selector t o 0 . Note s ‒ The measurable range is 59 to 210° F (15 t o 99°C).
26 Rotisserie spit The rotisserie spit is par ticularly good f or cooking large roasts, such as rolled roasts or poultr y . The meat becomes crispy and brown. Y ou can use the rotisserie spit with all operating modes. Y ou will get the best results with "Full sur face grill" and "T op heat".
27 5 Place the rotisserie spit on the suppor ts. Latch the square shaft into the drive section. 6 Inser t the rotisserie spit in the low est inser tion level in the ov en. The drive spindle must engage in the opening on the oven's rear wall. T urn on rotisserie spit 1 Set the desired temperature and heat mode.
