INST ALLA TION (contd.) Outdoor Unit The outdoor unit can be either surf ace placed or wall-mounted. In either case, the out- door unit must be fitted so the fle xible tube set easily reaches the indoor unit. The flexi- ble tube set can be routed through a windo w , door, or w all.

12 OPERA TION (contd.) Operating the Timer If you wish to chec k the timer setting after the timer has been programmed, press the "TIMER-SET" button on control panel while timer "ON" or "OFF" light is on. The display will show the hours remaining until the timer function is operating.
13 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING Draining Water T ank When the condensate water tank is full, the “DRAIN W A TER” indicator light will flash, the unit will sound se ver al initial warning beeps, and the unit will automatically turn off.
