5 NOTE: The T ee Rail/Chain Assembly is packaged sep arately from the Power Unit. The Inner Trolley half, Front Idler Sprocket, C hain, Restraining Device an d Limit Cams are assembled on the Tee Rail at the factory. Follow the steps outlined belo w to complete assembl y prior to insta llation.

Manual ly raise the door to it s high arc posit ion and temporarily clamp in that position.
9 C: INST ALLING THE OPER A TO R STEP 2: Raise the Tee Rail so that the Front Idler Brack et and Front Mounting Bracket align. Insert bolt and tighten nut loosel y f or now.

12 DISCONNECT POWER A T FUSE BOX A ND OPENER BEFORE WIRING PERMANENTLY TO PREVENT ELECTROCUTION. WARNING IMPROPER WIRING COULD CA USE ELECTROCUTION OR DAMA GE TO CIRCUITRY. FOLLOW LOCAL BUILDING AND WARNING STEP 9: Consult the label on the rear panel of the Opener to determine its proper working voltage.
13 INSTA L LATION OF 2 WIR E A LL -CLEA R P HOT OSYST EM: STEP 1: Mark the pos ition of the A LL-CL EAR™ Photosys tem as follows: Mark a l ine on the l eft and righ t door jamb (c lo se to the door track ) FOUR (4) inc he s AND SIX (6) inches above the fl oor.
14 A. Attach the"U" brackets to the "L" brackets with a 1/4- 20 carriage bolt, w asher and h ex nut (provided). In sert t he bolt from th e inside of the "U" bracket and hand tighten only at this time. B. Place the transmitter and receiver units into their respective " U" brackets.

16 D: A UXILI A R Y EQUIPMENT STEP 3: Push the wire jacket into on e of the tw o notches provided at the ends of the housing, allowing a m aximum of 1/8” inch of the jacket inside the case (too m uch will make mounting difficult). C arefully tuck the loose wires into the case and mount the un it usin g the sc rews p rovid ed.

22 BEFORE PLACING D OOR OPERATOR IN REGULAR SERVICE , MAKE SURE TH AT: 1. T HE FRONT AND REAR MOUNTS FOR THE OPENER ARE SOUND AND SECURE AND TH E RAIL IS POSITIONED CORRECT LY ABOVE T HE HIGH ARC OF THE DOOR, AND THAT THE OPENER IS POSITIONED OV ER THE DOOR ACTION CENTER LINE.
