4 Assembly • Rotate the upper frame tube until it "snaps" into an upright position, as shown. IMPORT ANT! Before assembly , inspect this produc t f or damaged hardware , loose joints, missing par ts or sharp edges. DO NOT use if an y parts are missing or broken.
5 Assembly • Pull the front tube t o be sure it is secure to each lo wer frame tube. • While pressing the buttons on the upper frame tubes , insert them into the holes in the underside of the frame. • Continue to insert the upper frame tubes into the frame until you hear a "click" on both sides.
6 Assembly • Check to be sure the upper frame tubes are secur e in the frame. If you can remov e the upper frame tubes from the frame, you ha ve not properly inserted the tubes into the frame. Remove the upper fr ame tubes from the frame and repeat Assembly step 4.
7 Assembly • Position the seat back tube so that it curves towar d the back of the swing. • While pressing the buttons on the seat back tube , fit the seat back tube into the short tubes on the swing arms. • Push the seat back tube until it “ clicks” into place .
10 8 Assembly • F rom behind the seat, inser t the waist belts into the slots in the pad. • Push to fast en the restraint system to the pad . Assembly is now complete . Slot Slot W aist Belts F astener • F it the top pocket on the pad over the seat back tube .
9 Battery Installation 1.5V x 4 LR14 SHOWN A CTU AL SIZE Hint: W e recommend using alk aline batteries for longer batter y life. • Locate the battery compartment door on the frame. • Loosen the screws in the battery compartment door . • Remove the battery compartment door and the batter y holder from the battery compar tment.

11 Set-Up & Use • Place your child in the seat. P osition the crotch belt between your child’ s legs. • F asten the waist belts to the crotch belt. Make sure y ou hear a “ click ” on both sides. • Check to be sure the restraint syst em is securely attached by pulling it away fr om your child .
12 Set-Up & Use Po wer Dial Po wer Dial Star ting the Swing • T urn the power dial to any of eight settings . • Give the seat a light push to start the swinging motion.
Baby A ctivat ed 13 Set-Up & Use Hint: Y our baby can enjoy lights and music with or without swinging . Par ent A ctivated • Slide the lights and music switch to: When baby pulls either toy on the ar ch, one tune plays along with twinkling lights.
14 • F it the link toys to either of the hanging t oys on the swing. Room-to-Room Portability Set-Up & Use • T o pre vent serious injur y or death from f alls and being strangled in the restraint system, alw a ys use the restraint system. • It is dangerous to use this product on an ele vated surf ace.
15 T ake Along • Lift the seat back and seat bottom together . • Tip the swing backwards with the seat back down. • Press both tabs on the fr ame at the same time to release the frame base.
Care • The frame , pad, liner and toys may be wiped clean using a mild cleaning solution and a damp cloth. Do not immerse the frame. • This product has no consumer serviceable par ts. Do not take this product apar t. IMPORT ANT! Never use this product without the provided pad .
