Installation Guide 5 P acka ge Contents Depending on the model, switches are shipp ed with a single supply unit (PSU), either A C or DC . Some models also ha v e fan-onl y modules (FOM), chassis f an modules, or blanking plates. ■ The A T -8948, A T -9924Ts, x900-24XT , x900-24XT-N, and x900-24XS switches ha ve a PSU and a FOM installed.

The DC eart hing connection is not necessar y for the SwitchBlade x908 when using A C PSUs because the ch assis is gr ounded t hr ough the p ow er cor ds.
