-2- 598-1126-00 5. Mount push button and c hime. Use either a screw or double sided tape to mount push button. To mount with screw , determine where push button will be located. Using 3/ 16" drill bit, drill tap hole. If screw is not mounted directly into wood stud or trim molding, use drywall anchor .
-3- 598-1126-00 Code and T une Settings Code Settings Note: Most installations will not require you to c hange any jumpers on y our chime and push b utton. This manual includes operating instructions for different types of chimes. All chimes work on the same principle and use the same channel setting infor- mation.
-4- 598-1126-00 Chime T une Settings Y our wireless chime has different selectable tune modes: 4 prerecorded sounds and 1 setting that cycles through the 4 prerecorded sounds (model 1204 adds the ability to record up to 10 seconds of audio via the audio cable or built-in microphone, see instructions below).
-5- 598-1126-00 Tr oubleshooting Chime does not sound: • Make sure push button and chime codes are the same (See page 3). • Check orientation of push button and chime batteries (See markings in- side push button and chime). • Check charge of push button and chime batteries, replace if necessary .
