Stretto 3 Electrical requir ements Before using this a ppliance ensure that the v oltage indicated on the product cor responds with the main v oltage in y our home, if you ar e in any doubt about y our supply contact y our local electricity company . Stretto 4 General instructions 1. Remove the heater fr om the packaging. 2. T urn the heater upside down and rest on the polystyr ene. 3. Check that neither the heater nor the pow er cable has been damaged in any wa y during transportation. 4. Do not operate the heater if damaged.
Stretto 5 Installation wall-mounting The wall mounting kit should contain: 2 x Upper brack ets (A) 1 x Low er brackets (B) 5 x scre ws 1. Select position for locating the heater ensuring that: a. It is not located directl y belo w a pow er sock et outlet.
Stretto 6 mark ed holes and then inser t wall plugs to suit. (For plasterboar d we suggest, locating the studding and using No 6 woodscr ews dir ectly into the wood, or special plasterboar d fix- ings. For other wall types please seek specialist advice).
Stretto 7 Instruction for use Using for the first time On using the appliance for the first time w e advise that you turn it on to the maximum pow er setting for up to 8 hours. This is to eliminate the heater’ s “new odour”. During this time ensure that the room is w ell ventilated.
