1 V 06/10 WHITE & ORANGE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Read the instructions carefully before installing and o perating the appliance or performi ng maintenance operations. Observe all the safety instructions; failure to observe the instructions may cause a ccidents and/ or damages.
2 V 06/10 GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION • Use this fan heater only as outline d in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the man ufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury to persons. • Ensure that the mains power complies with the volt age specified on the fan heater rati ng label (230V~/50Hz).
3 V 06/10 WARNING : do not use the fan heater with a controller or any other device that ac tivates the appliance automatically, as there may be a risk of fire if the fan heater is covered or incorre ctly positioned. • Upon initial start-up, the fan heater may emit a slight, harmless smell.
4 V 06/10 HOW TO USE THE FAN HEATER Put the fan heater vertically on a flat and stable surface. Connect the power cord to a suitable electric socket (230V). Starting from the “ ❄ ” position, turn the thermostat k nob clockwise in m aximum position.
