Page 4 Operating the gas burners • The large flame symbol on the knob indi cates the maxim um flame setting and the small flame symbol indicate s the lowes t flame setting.
Page 5 Maintenance and serv icing Service intervals. • Every twelve months the hob should be serviced by a De fy S ervice agent to ensure continued effici ent and safe operation. • Note: If required, the cleaning of the valves should only be carried out by a qualified Defy technician.
