INST ALLING THE CUTTING HEAD SHIELD Use the following instructions if the cutting head shield is not installed. Use only the instructions that apply to the type of shaft and shield equipped with this unit. 1. Remove the wing nut and washer fr om the cutting head shield.
LINE INST ALLA TION Only use the trimming line described in the Specifications section. Other types of trimming line may cause the engine to overheat or fail. NOTE: Always use the correct line length when installing trimming line. The line may not release pr operly if the line is too long.
