Pr oblems with Y our Modem The modem fails to accept comma nds to dial or answer a call.
T r oubleshooting B-2 The modem or communications softwar e fails to detect that the r emote user has hung up. The modem or communications software relies on the dial tone, busy tone or silence period to detect that a remote user has hung up.
