5 FIGURE 3 • Identify the shor t end of the shaft. Assemb le a 1" long spacer (S), a single spool assembly , a 1.33" long spacer (T), a double spool assemb ly , another 1.33" long spacer (T) and a 3/4" at washer (N) onto the short end of the shaft.
6 FIGURE 7 • Assemble the hitch br acket to the tongue using tw o 3/8" x 1" he x bolts (D), and two 3/8" nyloc k nuts (I). Tighten . See gure 7. • Assemble the hitch pin (G) through the hitch br acket and the tongue. Secure the hitch pin with the large hair pin cotter (F).
7 • T ur n the lift handle as sho wn in gure 11 and attach it to the side of the lift le ver that is indicated. Use a 1/2" x 1-1/4" he x bolt (C) and 1/2" nylock n ut (M) in the bottom hole and the cle vis pin and small hair pin cotter in the top hole.
