5 6. Assemb le a 2.38" long spacer , a 3/4" at washer , the middle brace , a 3/4" at w asher and a 3.90" long spacer onto the long end of the shaft. The bent lip of the middle bra ce must fac e the shor t end of the sha ft.
6 11. Assemb le the tongue to the tra y , placing the slot's locking notch to the front. Use two 3/8" x 1" he x bolts , two 3/8" x 1-1/4" he x bolts , f our 1/4" long spacers , and four 3/8" nyloc knutsasshowningure8.
7 16. Place the lift handle through the slot in the tra y . F asten the lift handle to the smaller , inner hole in the middle wheel brac ket using the bolt and nut which you pre- assembled ear lier (gure 2).
