5 STEP 4 - ASSEMBLE HEIGHT ADJ. STRAP • Place the spacer bushing (I) into the hole in the height adjustment strap . Place the strap and b ushing between the hitch tubes, aligning them with the rear hole. F asten the hitch tubes together , with the strap and bushing betw een them, using two he x bolts (A) and nyloc k nuts (F).
6 FIGURE 6 FIGURE 5 STEP 9 - A TT A CH KNOB • Place the tooth-lock washer (I) betw een the height adjustment handle and the height adjustment strap . Inser t the carr iage bolt (D) through the handle, the tooth-lock w asher and the strap . Assemble the fl at washer (H) and the plastic knob (U) onto the end of the bolt and tighten.
7 ASSEMBL Y OF HOPPER B A G STEP 10 - ASSEMBLE UPPER TUBES • Fit the ends of the two upper hopper tubes into the ends of a rear hopper tube. Align the holes in the ends of the tubes and inser t plastic plugs (R). See fi gure 7. NO TE: Either side of the rear hopper tube can f ace up .
8 STEP 14 - ASSEMBLE HOPPER CLAMPS • Assemble two hopper mount clamps (Q) o ver the hole in the middle of each upper hopper tube using two carriage bolts ( E) and two nyloc k nuts (F). Tighten only fi nger tight. See fi gure 14. • Fold the bag fl aps around the lower hopper tubes and attach to the bag bottom using the snaps.
