The pushbutton dial is used to dial numbers using either pulse or tone dialing TELEPHONE LINE CORD JACK Connect the modular line cord supplied with your telephone at this jack.
TONE/PULSE SWITCH The T ONE/PULSE switch, located on the side of your telephone, is used to set the type of dialing for your telephone to match the local service from your telephone company . The ‘P’ position is for Pulse dialing service. The ‘T’ position is for T one dialing.
