4 UK 11 Speakerphone button t Press to make, answer , or end a call using the speakerphone. 12 Microphone t For speakerphone use and answering machine OGM and memo recor ding. 13 Play / pause button t Press to play back messages and memos. t Press to pause playing of a memo or message.

6 UK 7 W ALL MOUNT INST ALLA TION T o place the V oxtel C110 on a wall, connect the wall mount bracket to the bottom of the phone in the slots near the front of the base as shown below Insert the rigid clips of the bracket into the slots on the bottom of the phone (nearer the fr ont of the base).
7 8 SETTING UP YOUR TELEPHONE Note: The system will time out if you leave more than 10 seconds between key pr esses. 8.1 Set language W ith the phone in standby mode; t Press the menu button . > The display shows “OPTIONS MENU“. t Press the up button to go to the language setting.

10 UK 9.6 T o switch between the handset and the speakerphone t During a phone conversation through the handset pr ess the speakerphone button to speak hands-free.
11 11.2 Viewing the outgoing call recor ds t The telephone remembers the last 5 0 outgoing calls. t In standby mode, press the r edial button . > The most recent outgoing call recor d will be displayed with both the number and the call duration shown.
12 UK 12.2 T o add a new recor d into the phonebook t Press the phonebook button . > The display shows “SEARCH ADD”, with the “SEARCH” option blinking. t Press the up or down button to select “ADD”. t Press the OK button to confirm.
13 13.1 Caller display list This phone automatically stores the last 99 calls r eceived. The calls list is saved even if the mains power is removed, but new caller information will not be displayed or saved unless the mains power is on. When the caller display list is full, the new caller display entry will replace the oldest r ecord.
14 UK 14 ANSWERING MACHINE SYSTEM An OGM is the announcement callers will hear when the machine answers a call. The V oxtel C11 5 has two pre-r ecorded announcements available if you choose not to r ecord your own OGMs. t OGM1 - this invites callers to leave a message after the tone.
1 5 Note: The machine does not recor d messages with announcement 2 selected, make sure announcement 1 is selected if you want callers to leave messages. 14.4 T o switch between OGMs t Press and r elease the stop button to switch between OGM1 and OGM2.
16 UK 14.9 Repeat/rewind t T o repeat the curr ent message from the beginning, pr ess the OGM button . t T o replay the pr evious message, press the OGM button twice. 14.10 Skip/fast forward t T o skip to the next message, press the memo button .
17 1 5 REMOTE OPERA TION Y our V oxtel C11 5 lets you check your messages, or otherwise operate your answering machine, by calling the answering machine when you are away fr om home. T o protect your privacy , access is only possible if you enter the three-digit r emote access code.
18 UK 15.4 Switching on from a r emote location If the answering machine is switched off, it will answer your call after 1 5 rings allowing you to switch the machine on from a r emote location. t Using a tone dialling phone, dial your home phone number .
19 20 CLEANING AND CARE Do not clean any part of your phone system with benzene, thinners or other solvent chemicals as this may cause permanent damage which is not covered by the Guarantee. When necessary , clean it with a damp cloth. Keep your phone system away from hot, humid conditions or str ong sunlight, and don‘t let it get wet.
