2 Setting Up 1 Pre paring the Prin ter 1 1 1 1 Place the pri nter on a fl at surface. 2 2 2 2 Remove t he tape from the printer as shown. The tape po sition is su bject to chang e . 3 3 3 3 Open t he front cover and remove the ship ping material. 4 4 4 4 Close the fron t cover .

4 3 Installing th e Pri nt Head • Never a tte mpt to plu g the p o wer co rd into th e power outlet or unplug the po we r cord when your hands are wet. • Neve r dama ge, modi fy , stret ch, or ex cessiv ely bend o r twis t the po wer cord. Do not p lace he avy obje cts on the power cord.
