Ports 1 through 24 on the 2E42-27 and 2E42-27R hav e RJ45 connectors for UTP connections.

Tighten the two screws on the RJ21 straight cable connector or RJ21 angle adapter, as applicable, to secure it to the device. 4. If using the RJ21 angle adapter, plug the RJ21 right-angled connector as shown in Figure 3-9 .

Community names act as passwords to Local/Remote Management and are agents of security access to the 2E4X-27.
