Page 8 CC Observer Radio Operation TUNING The CC Observer features three bands: AM, FM and WEA THER. 1. Position the power switch to BA TTERY or DYNAMO. 2. Select band by positioning the “BAND SWITCH”. 3. Adjust TUNING dial to desired frequency . For tuning weather , position the WEA THER dial to the desired channel.
