2 INTRODUCTION Thank y ou for c hoosing this burley product. All of our products carry a CE mark which is awarded by an independent test house (notified body) and shows t he fires have been type tested to m eet th e essential requirements of the European Gas Appliance Direc tive and the appropriate British Standards.
3 3. GENERAL REQUIREME NTS 3.1 Gas appliances must be installed in acc ordance with the rule s in fo rce. I n the UK it is the law that all gas a pplianc es must be installed by a CORGI registered installer , i n accordance with the Ga s Saf ety (Installation and Use) regulations (as amended).
4 3.19 Do not use whilst painting & decor ating, or in newly decorated roo ms as the re sidues can lead to unpleasant smells from the appliance. Always c over or have the appliance removed when decorating.
