Installa tion of liqui d line moi sture indica ting sightglass in each circuit is recommend ed. Locate the sigh tglass (es ) between th e outlet of the filter d rier and the TX V inlet. Refer t o T a ble 9 for recommenda tions on refrigera tion specialties .
Sol enoi d drop c ontrol wi ri ng: control t he power t o the liquid l ine solenoid t hrough a Solenoid V al ve Relay (SVR) in all unit s. Use part number HN61P C005 (fiel d- - supplied, install ed). 569J ***A/B unit requi res one SVR; 569J***D/E unit re quires two rel ays.
Prelim inary C harge — Before starti ng the unit, c har ge R-410A li quid refrigerant into the high side of each 569J circuit through the liquid service valve(s).
Disconnect sizing data is provided on t he uni t informat ive plate . Loca te on unit cabi net or wit hin sight of the unit per nationa l or loc al c odes.
unit disconnec t switch or HA CR switch is open. O ther connec tion methods will result in the conveni ence outl et circui t being de-e nergized when t he unit disconnec t or HACR switch is open.
All Units — V oltage to comp ress or termin als dur ing oper ation must be within volt age range i ndicate d on unit name plate. See T able s 10 and 1 1. On 3-phase unit s, volt ages between phas es mus t be balanced w ithin 2% and th e current w ithin 10%.
If the unit will be ope rating at 208-3-60 power , remove the black wire (B LK) f rom the tr ansf ormer primary connec tion labe lled “230” and move it to the conne ction labe lled “208”.
