The unit then will operate on low speed, pro viding 70 cfm.
2.3 O PERA TING 40425 C ONTROLLER The included wall control 40425 is intented f or GSHH3K and GSEH3K units only . The wall control is in OFF mode when po wer is applied f or the first time. The mode does not change f ollowing a po wer f ailure. 2. CONTROLS (CONT’D) - 6 - VC009 8 I LLUMINA TES IN ALL MODES EXCEPT OFF MODE .
The unit recirculates air . Howe ver , e very hour , the unit exchanges air f or 6 minutes so that it can obtain a reading of the outdoor temperature*. R ECIRCULA TION M ODE (R E - CIRC )O FF M ODE The unit is off . The outdoor temperature* is not displa yed.
2.3.3 40425 W ALL C ONTROLLER C ONFIGURA TION See the configuration tab le below f or the list of configuration parameters. Press the Menu b utton f or 3 seconds to enter or e xit the configuration menu. NO TE: The wall control automatically sav es any changes and e xits the configuration menu if no b utton is pressed within the next 60 seconds.
3.1 S EMI - ANNU AL M AINTENANCE ( ESSENTIAL ) Y our wall controller (A CCGSC1 or 40425) tells you when to perf or m this maintenance when the Filter Maintenance light is flashing . Otherwise, maintenance should be perf ormed ev er y 6 months to ensure y our unit proper operation for y ears to come.
3.1 S EMI - ANNU AL M AINTENANCE ( ESSENTIAL ) ( CONT ’ D ) 4. Using your thumbs , push on the prefilter side to disengage it from the filter car tridge. Then, slide it out of the filter cartridge and discard it. Install the new prefilter b y rev ersing this operation.
3.1 S EMI - ANNU AL M AINTENANCE ( ESSENTIAL ) ( CONT ’ D ) 6. 3 For HEP A Filtration, Fresh Air and Energy Recovery model GSEH3K only Slide out the two core filters (item 1 ) from the energy recov er y core and wash them under hot water with mild soap .
3. MAINTENANCE (CONT’D) 3.3 O PTIONAL A LPINE / PINE F IL TER During pollen season, or as needed, remove the assembled hood from its bac kplate by removing its 2 retaining screws . Then, slide out the optional Alpine/pine filter and clean it under water .

5. W ARRANTY W ARRANTY Broan-NuT one warrants to the original consumer purchaser of its products, that such products will be free from def ects f or a period of two (2) years , from date of original purchase.
