You will be able to view videos, digita l photos, websites, and ju st about anything on your PC, will be sho wn on your TV.

3.04.58 NOV050 7 5 Overall Requirements 1. TV, projecto r, or other display device with component or composite video inputs. For the best po ssible InternetVue™ exper ience, an HDTV with compon ent inputs is best.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 6 Configuratio n Options There are four possible ways to interface the Inter netVue™, your PC, a nd your internet connection . However, kee p in mind that the internet connection is not necessary. Select which Configu ration works best for you fr om the table below.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 7 Configuratio n B: Wireless / Wired In this Confi guration, your PC communicate s to InternetVue™ via wireless networking. The InternetVue™ is di rectly connected to your router/gate way via the wired net work connection. Internet acce ss is relayed through the InternetVue™ to your PC via wireless networking.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 8 Installation Procedure Make sure that the TV or projector and the InternetVue™ is un powered. Connect the InternetVue™ re ceiver box to your TV or proje ctor’s appropriate AV inputs.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 9 The Intern etVue™ will auto- detect which ou tput is being used to connect to the TV. In about 30-60 seconds, it will be fully initialized, and the following “Welcome Scr een” will come up on your TV or projector: This confirm s the connection between the InternetVue™ re ceiver and the TV or projector.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 10 In the event that there is more than one InternetVue™, t he Select Output Display win dow will appear. Here, you can select the InternetVue™ re ceiver by its “Wireless ID” as shown in the i mage of step 3 above.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 11 TV Type Allows you to selec t between a standa rd TV or an HDTV. The HDTV set ting supports higher resolutions like 1280 x 720 fo r Photo mode.

3.04.58 NOV050 7 13 Password Setup This screen allows you to create a password to p revent others from changi ng your configuration. This is comp letely optional.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 14 Device Name (SSID) This allows you to ch ange the “Wireless ID” bro adcasted by t he InternetVue™. This is useful when multiple receiv ers are present. You can assign any four-charac ter alphanumeric suffix to each InternetVue™ bo x.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 15 Wireless Network Select the correct settings here for inte rnet access while co nnected to the Interne tVue™ receiver. The correct o ption here is based on your configu ration as described in the beginning of this manual.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 16 You can also ma nually enter the wireless gateway/ro uter SSID, chann el, security and encryption det ails by clicking on this button (1 – see previous pa ge). The following win dow will appear: If the entered p asskey, channel, SSID, or securi ty type is inco rrect, PC2TV will prompt you to try again.

3.04.58 NOV050 7 18 Configuratio n Summary This screen di splays summary of the selections mad e and connection s between various devi ces. Click the Cancel button at the bo ttom of the s creen to exit the Configuration Wizard at any time or click on Finish a t the end of t he wizard.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 19 Factory Reset Sometimes a fac tory reset is necessary to clear all settings in t he InternetVue™ re ceiver. It will be brought back to the facto ry default state. The SSID ma y change, and starting the PC2TV s oftware wi ll invoke the Configuration Wizard once a gain.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 20 Main PC2TV Window Click Hide/Mut e to blank t he video and m ute the audio . Click VIDEO to incr ease fra me rate at a re duced reso lution. This will sw itch you to 800x600 for smoo thest playback. Best for videos and movies. Click PHOT O to shar pen ima ge quality and i ncrease th e resolution, but at a red uced frame rate.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 21 PC2TV Advanced Settin gs The Advanced Settings are the same as tho se in the Confi guration Wizard, aside fro m a few additiona l options.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 22 Device Settings Clicking on “ Device Settings” on the left side shows the next screen: Click here to star t the Configu ration Wizard Click here to enable th e Security A ccess.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 23 About the Security Access Number featur e When enab led, this forces the user to enter a four-digit code displayed on the TV before the In ternetVue™ will allow the PC to co nnect to it. This code changes each time the Int ernetVue™ receiver is power-cycled.

3.04.58 NOV050 7 25 Internet Connectio n In this scree n, the settings for the inte rnet connection can b e changed. TCP/IP Settings There are two ways for InternetVue™ to have its IP address assigned. First the thro ugh DHCP, the default met hod. In DHCP, the router/gate way, or DHCP server assigns Interne tVue™ an IP address automatically.

Upgrade This screen allows you to perform a manual firmware upgra de. It is recommended not perform any ma nual firmware upgrade s unless instructed by Ad dlogix support.
3.04.58 NOV050 7 27 Troubleshooting Tips If InternetVue d oes not appear on the list of ava ilable wireless networks • InternetVu e™ is power ed off, its wireless si gnal is too weak, or the a ntenna has come loos e. Check fo r thes e conditions, or t ry moving the PC clos er to it.
