3 The Bose ® 151 ® SE Environmental Speakers English Required tools and materials Speaker placement • For best results, mount both spea kers horizonta lly (Figure 2). • Place them a minimu m of seven fee t apart, facing the listening area. • Make sure they do not face each oth er .
4 The Bose ® 151 ® SE Environmental Speakers English Mounting procedure 1. Remove screw C and lock washer D from the mounting bracke t assembly , and remove part B from part A (Figur e 3).
5 The Bose ® 151 ® SE Environmental Speakers English 6. Secure the speaker with bracket pa rt B to bracket part A using bracke t locking screw C and lock washer D (Figure 3). T o adjust the angl e, loosen screw C slightly (Figure 5), move the speak er up or down, a nd retighten screw C .
6 The Bose ® 151 ® SE Environmental Speakers English 4. Connect the sp eaker on the left side of the lis tening area to the left amplifier channel (Figur e 7). Attach the marked wir e to the red (+) termina l. Attach the plain wir e to the black (–) terminal.
