4 SECTION I. COMPONENTS Before beginning installation of the Fourth Hy draulic Valve Serv ice Kit, remov e all parts from the container. R efer to fig ure 1 to confirm that all parts are present and to acquaint yourself with parts nomenclature.
5 SECTION II . TRACT OR PREPARATION Follow the instructions in Section I I of the optional Front Hitch Sy stem A ttachment O wner’s Manual for preparing the tractor for installation.
6 D) Take the tem plate bracket (A) from the serv ice kit. Locate the hole in the LH tractor frame, as shown in fig ure 4, and align the pivo t pin on the template brack et (A) with the hole in the frame. Rotate the temp late bracket (A) counter- clockwise until the second pin on the template brack et (A) contacts the fram e.
7 FI GURE 6 H) Install the v alve assem bly into the frame and loosely fasten with the previous rem oved hardware. Follow the installation instructions in the O wner’s Manual that cam e with the Fro.
8 J) Discard both hydraulic hoses for the hydraulic lift cylinder prov ided with the 3 Point Hitch Attachm ent and replace with the two hydraulic hoses (E) (G) provided in this service kit. Place an O-R ing (D) and backup O- Ring (C) onto each hose ends.
9 FI GURE 13 FI GURE 14 M) In stall the lift lev er cover/cup holder into the fender. Affix the fourth v alve label (K), as shown in figure 14, to indicate lift/low er function of the valv e handle for the 3 Point Hitch. N) Install the lift handle k nob (I ) on the hydraulic v alve handle #4 (J).
