T1 Quick Start Guide: English 1 Vol - Vol + Multi- Function Button (MFB) Microphones Indicator Light Charging Port Char ge Y our T1 Y our T1 has been given an initial partial char ge to get started, but f or best results char ge it using the supplied USB cable and adapt or until the indicator light turns white.
Pair Y our T1 1. T urn the T1 on by sliding the power switch on the back to the green on position. 2. Put the T1 in your ear . 3. The fi rst time you use the T1 it will go straight to pair mode and talk you thr ough the pairing proces s. For subsequent pairings, mak e sure the T1 is not connected to any phones, then hold down the MFB.
W earing the T1 Y ou can wear your T1 on either ear . For bes t results: > Position the hook and ear gel as shown here. > Make sur e the T1 is angled towar ds your mouth. Protectiv e Skins Y our T1 is supplied with optional rubber skins to pr otect against dust and moistur e.
T aking Calls When the phone rings, you can answer the call with your voic e: wait for the prompt to ask you if you want to tak e the call, and then say Answer or Ignore . If you don’t want to wait for the pr ompt, or you are in a noisy plac e: > Click the MFB once to acc ept the call.
Listening to Audio The T1 supports A2DP audio str eaming: if your phone or Bluetooth device supports the A2DP pr ofi le then you can simply start playing music or any other audio (including directions fr om a GPS application on the phone) and it will automaticall y transfer to the T1.
Advanc ed Button Functions > T o hold an active call and switch t o an incoming or held call, pr ess Vol + f or about 1 second. > T o end an active call and answer a new inc oming call, pres s Vol - f or about 1 second.
Reset your T1 If you ar e having problems with the T1, y ou can reset the T1 and your phone and start again: 1. Disconnect the T1 fr om your phone by deleting the pairing from y our phone’s Bluet ooth menu. 2. T urn your phone off and back on again to cl ear its memory .
BlackBerry® If you ar e using a BlackBerry smartphone you may see a message like this one during the phonebook tr ansfer . Accept c onnection request from BlueAnt T1? YES NO Don’t ask this again Select “Don’t ask this again” so that a tick appears in the box, and then choose “YES”.
Automatic T ransfer Not Supported Some phones do not support automatic phonebook transfers. If this is the c ase on your phone the T1 will announce that it cannot transf er the contacts automaticall y: 1. Go to your phonebook and sel ect the contacts you want to send to the T1.
V oice Dialing Use the command Phone Commands to activate y our phone’ s voice dial featur e. Y our phone must support “voic e dialing over Bluetooth”. This featur e is supported by the iPhone 3GS (iOS 3.1+) and iPhone 4, most BlackBerry smartphones, and most Andr oid devices running Andr oid 2.

Para transf erir sus contactos deberá pasar su dedo sobre est e mensaje y aceptar la solicitud de transf erencia de directorio t elefónico del T1.
No se admite la transfer encia automática Algunos teléf onos no admiten la transfer encia automática de directorio t elefónico. Si es te es el caso de su teléf ono, el T1 anunciará que no puede transferir l os contactos en forma automática. 1. Ingrese en su dir ectorio telef ónico y seleccione l os contactos que desee enviar al T1.
