98 PIN code (Personal Identification Number) Normally, the SIM card will not operate the telephone until a personal identification number (PIN code) has been entered. This PIN code is included with the SIM card when you purchase it. You can alter or even deactivate your PIN code.

108 International calls The services provided by your network op- erator allow you to place mobile phone calls in your own country. Using the international GSM standard it is possible to place phone calls to parties in many countries of the world (either mobile or stationary).

118 The alarm will be activated five times when an incoming call is detected. To protect the car battery, the set will switch off automatically after one hour. This function can be switched on again for one hour by pressing the on/off button on the set.
