4 Assembly This model may be supplied with some of the following accessories: • An accessory caddy for storing your accessories. • A crevice tool (10) for confined spaces. • Brush tool (11) for furniture and stairs. Attaching the accessory caddy (Figure A) • Place the edge of the char ger base (8) on to the edge of the accessory caddy (9).
5 Use • Before first use, the battery must be charged for at least 24 hours. • Place the appliance on the charging base whenever it is not in use. Char ging the battery (Figure C) • Place the appliance on the charging base (8) • Plug in the charger .
6 Emptying the appliance (Figure F) • Hold the appliance so that the dust collector cover (6) is facing upwards. • Press the cover release button (7) the dust collector cover (6) will open. • While holding the appliance over a bin or sink, lift out the filter (12) and empty the contents of the appliance.
