Assembly Y our P owerSteamer assembles in two quick steps. The only tool you will need to assemble your cleaner is a Phillips head screwdriver . Y our P owerSteamer is packaged as two primar y components… the Lower Body and the Handle Assembly .
6 Lift the T ank-in-T ank handle. The handle locks the lid in place. Carr y the T ank-in-T ank like a bucket to fill at the sink. Set the T ank down and rota te the handle forward to unlatch the Lid. Lift off and set the Lid aside. Using the Measuring Cup, pour BISSELL Deep Cleaning Formula into the mouth of the bladder .
7 This provides floor or upholster y cleaning with the turn of a dial. For carpet/floor cleaning make sure the dial is set to FLOOR CLEANING. For upholster y or fabric cleaning, attach the T ough Stai.
8 Check manufacturer’ s tag before cleaning. A "W" or "WS" on the tag means you can use your PowerSteamer . If the tag is coded with an "X" or "S" (with a diagonal strike through), or says "Dry Clean Only ," do not proceed.
9 NO TE: T urn off machine and unplug from wall outlet. Step on Handle Release pedal and recline Handle on floor (see illustration). Remove the T ank-in-T ank. Set aside (see illustration). Remove the Belt Access Door loca ted near the ReadyT ools Dial.
