PoE-80 User’s Guide 9 1 About Y our PoE-80 The PoE-80 Ei ght-port Po wer over Ethe rnet Hub is an eight-port power inject or, designed for use with 10/10 0 BaseT Ethern et networks. The PoE-80 i njects DC p ower through t he unused twisted- wires (pairs 4/5 and 7/8) of a standard 8-pin CAT 5 cable.
