1 Buf fet Server IMPOR T ANT SAFEGUARDS When using this electrical appliance, safety precautions should always be observed, including the following: n READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS. n Close adult supervision must be provided when this appliance is used by or near children.
® 2 T emperature Settings 1. Foods of differ ent densities may requir e a higher or lower amount of heat to keep the food at the desir ed temperature. For example, gr ound beef will need a higher temperature setting to keep warm than will a marina sauce.

5 Buf fet Server Hints and Tips n Use the buffet server to keep food warm while preparing other foods. n Foods containing little or no liquid should be kept on the “LOW” setting, stirring occasionally . n When using the appliance as just a warming tray , be sur e to use containers that ar e heat pr oof.

10 A V ANT D’UTILISER L ’APP AREIL POUR LA PREMIÈRE FOIS 1. Enlevez tous les matériaux d'emballage et la documentation. 2. Lavez les couvercles et les plateaux avec de l'eau chaude savonneuse et une éponge ou un chiffon doux. Rincez et séchez-les complètement.
11 Utilisation du réchaud avec les plateaux de service 1. Placez le contrôle de la température en position « OFF » et branchez l'appareil dans une prise murale. 2. Nettoyez et séchez toutes les surfaces complètement avant d’utiliser l’appareil.
