4 OPERA TION Bef ore using Remov e all securing tapes. W ash inside the appliance with luke warm water and bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water).
5 Normal Operating Sounds • Y ou ma y hear faint gurgling or b ubbling sounds when the refrigerant is pumped through the coils or tubing at the rear , to the cooling plate/e vaporator or to the fix ed freezer shelv es.
6 Food Storage • T o obtain the best results from your appliance, neither hot f oods nor liquids which may e vaporate , should be placed in the larder compar tment. • K eep the time between buying chilled f ood and placing it in your fridge as shor t as possible .
7 When the appliance is not in use When the appliance is not in use f or long per iods, disconnect from the electricity supply , empty all f oods and clean the appliance, leaving the doors ajar to pre vent unpleasant smells.
