4 OP ERA TION Bef ore using Remov e all securing tapes. W ash inside the appliance with luke warm water and bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water).
5 Mo vable shelves The walls of the refrigerator ha ve runners so that shelves can be positioned as desired. P ositioning the door shelves T o per mit storage of f ood packages of v ar ious siz es, the door shelves can be adjusted in height. T o do this proceed as shown in the diagram.
6 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING External c leaning Many pr oprietary kitchen surface cleaner s contain chemicals that can attac k/damage the plastics used in this appliance. For this reason it is recommended that the outer casing of this appliance is only c leaned with warm water with a little washing-up liquid added.
7 Defr osting The refrigerator automatically defrosts ev er y time the compressor stops. The w ater is discharged, via the pipe, into a tra y located at the back of the appliance abov e the compressor , where it ev aporates.
