GENERAL YORK Model B1HH units are factory assembled heat pumps designed for outdoor installation on a roof top or a slab. Field- installed electric heater accessories are available to provide supplemental electric heat combined with electric cooling and heating.
LIMIT ATIONS These units must be installed in accordance with the following national and local safety codes. 1. National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPS No. 70 or Canadian Electrical Code Part 1, C22.1 (latest editions). 2. Local plumbing and waste water codes and other applica - ble local codes.
CLEARANCES All units require certain clearances for proper operation and service. Refer to Figure 3 for the clearances required for com - bustion, construction, servicing and proper unit operation. WARNING: Do not permit overhanging structures or shrubs to obstruct the condenser air discharge outlet.

Anti-short Cycle Timer This unit has an anti-short cycle timer built in to the defrost con - trol. This timer will not permit the compressor to start within five minutes after the completion of the last cycle or power interrup - tion. T o bypass the anti-short cycle feature, short the “TEST” pins together for 2 seconds.
