13 Assembly Before Assembling the Instr ument Since the walls of the saxophone’ s body are thin, it is important to remember not to put too much pressure on the instrument in any particular position when holding it. Also, be careful not to damage the instr ument by using ex cessiv e force during assembly or while handling .
