• Lift the fuser up and out. The Pro665 style comes out the same way ex cept that you first need to remove the front and rear covers so that you can access the front and rear plugs (f or the rear plug; you will actually go to th e rear of the machine to disconnect it).
4.) To remove the Heat Roller, remove the front snap ring (opposite the gear end). Then hold the heat roll bearings in place in the metal front and rear frames, slide the ro ller out of the rear (geared) end. Keeping the bearing / sleeve in place will protect the h eat r oll from scratching again st the metal frame.
