6 P osition the Air C onditioner ■ Handle air cond itioner with care. ■ Be sure your air conditioner does not fall out of the opening during installation or removal ■ The place where the power cord exits t he air condition er should be no mor e than 4 ft (122 cm) from a gr ounded outlet.

18 Mode (Mod o) 1. Presione y so stenga MODE hast a que se enc ienda la l uz del indica dor para l a posic i ó n que u sted desea . 2. Selec cione AUTO (Auto m á tico) , COOL (Enfriamiento), F AN (V entilaci ó n), o POWER SA VER (Ahorro de ener g í a).
19 Para poner en marcha el acondic ionador de aire con el contr ol r emoto NOT A: El control remoto se alimenta con dos p ilas AA (no inclu idas) .
