8 2. T o w ire thro ug h to p : Mark a line 7½" (19 cm) from the righ t of the c enterline on t he unders ide o f the cabinet. Ma rk the point on this line th at is 2" (5 cm) from back wall. Drill a 1¼" (3 cm) diamet er hole through th e cabinet at this point.
9 4. Use saber or keyhole sa w to cut a 6 ¹⁄₄ " (15.9 cm) diameter opening. 5. Install ven t through the vent open ing in upper cabi net or wall. Complet e ventin g syst em according t o the se lected ven ting method. See “Ven ting Requ irements” secti on.
10 8. Using 2 people, lift range hoo d into fina l posi tion, fe eding electrica l wire through wiring opening. Pos ition the range hood so that th e large end of the keyhole slot s are over the scr ews. The n push the hood towar d the wall so t hat the scr ews ar e in the neck of the slots.
11 RANGE HOOD CARE Cleaning IMPORT AN T : Clean the hood and grease filters frequently according to the followin g instructions. Replace grease fil ters before operating hood. Ext eri or su rf ace s: Do not use steel wool or soap-filled s couring pads.
