6 W a ter Supply Requirement s IMP O RT A NT : ■ If you t ur n the r efrigerator on befo re t he water line is connec ted, turn the ice m aker OFF . ■ All installations must meet local p lumbing cod e requir ements. ■ Use copp er tubin g and check for leaks.
7 Connect W ater Line to Refriger ator 1. Remove t he shipping tape fr om gray , coiled water tu bing on the r ear o f the r efriger ator . 2. Befor e attaching c opper tubing to refriger ator , flush at least two qu arts (1.9 L) of wa ter thro ugh the copp er tubing and into a bucke t to get rid o f any particl es in the w ater line.
8 1. Use a ¹⁄₂ in. (12.7 0 mm) sock et wr ench to a djust the leveling bol ts . T u rn the le vel i ng bo lt to th e rig ht to ra is e th at sid e of the r efrigerator or turn the leveling bolt t o the left to lower that side. It may ta ke several turns of the leveling bolts to adjust the tilt of the re frigerat or .
