T r oubl esho otin g Issue My iPod do es not se em to be c hargi ng. Solu tion 1 Make sure that the T uneBase FM is correc tly conne cted to your c ar’s power outle t. The g reen indi cator light on the ci garet te lighter adapter por tion of th e produc t shoul d be lit up at al l times.
Issue The T uneB ase FM a nd iPod a re in th e way of my car ’s contr ols . Solu tion 1 The T uneBase FM has be en designe d to easily position i n a wide ran ge of orie ntations within the car. Use the goos eneck an d the ar ticulation b ehind the dock ing cradl e to position it away fro m any controls of the car.
Issue The T uneBase FM rotates out of position around the center of the power outlet. Solution 1 Be sure to solidly attach the cigarette lighter adapter por tion of the product in the power outlet. T est the stability by pushing the product sideways before driving.
Issue The T uneBase FM connects firmly to the power outlet of my car but the T uneBase FM still rotates. Solution Check to see if the power outlet of your car rotates in its sock et. Issue The rubber friction washer is out of position and I cannot insert the cigarette lighter adapter into the car’s power outlet. Solution Please use a clean and empty table for disassembly . DO NOT A T TEMPT T O DO THIS IN THE CAR. Please use pliers to loosen the nut at the end of the cigarette lighter adapter slightly.
