2 W ARRANTY Back to Basics Products, Inc., warrants your new Soho ™ Coffeemaker to be free fr om defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 1 year from the date of pur chase. During this period, such defects will be repair ed or the product r eplaced at Back to Basics ® discretion without char ge.

4 • Do not use this appliance for other than its intended use. • Operate unit on a flat surface away from the edge of counter to avoid accidental tipping. • The coffee carafe is designed for use with this unit only . It should never be placed on a range top or in a microwave.
5 OPERA TION Use and Care (Assembly) T o use your Soho ™ Coffeemaker , begin by assembling the unit. WARNING: The cof feemaker will remain “on” until turned “off”. Be sure to turn power off after each use and when carafe is empty . 1. Place unit on a clean, fl at surface and plug into outlet.
6 OPERA TION easy measuring marks on carafe to ensure corr ect amount of water . Open top lid and pour water into water reservoir . NOTE: The amount of brewed cof fee will always be less than the amount of water placed into water reservoir; cof fee grounds and the fi lter will absorb ap- proximately 10% of the water .
7 CLEANING • Store cof fee in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness. Do not reuse cof fee grounds. This will impair the flavor of your cof fee. Care and Cleaning Initial Use Before using your new Soho Cof feemaker for the first time, be sure to thor - oughly wash the glass carafe and filter basket in hot, soapy water .
8 5. W ash carafe and filter basket in hot, soapy water , rinse and dry . Rinse reusable filter in hot water only . Replace in unit. 6. When the unit has cooled, clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Y our unit is now clean and ready to br ew . CLEANING sohocoffeeinstFINAL.

13 FUNCIONAMIENTO Uso y cuidado (ensamblaje) Comience por armar su Cafetera Soho antes de utilizarla. ADVERTENCIA: La cafetera no se apagará automáticamente. Asegúr ese de apagar la cafetera luego de su uso, así como cuando la jarra esté vacía. 1.
14 FUNCIONAMIENTO de agua. Levante la tapa superior y vuelque el agua en el recipiente. NOT A: La cantidad de café fi ltrada siempre será menor que la cantidad de agua del recipiente, ya que los granos de café y el fi ltro absorben aproximadamente un 10% del agua.
15 LIMPIEZA • Para preparar un café más fuerte, utilice más granos; para uno más suave, utilice menos granos. • El café molido inmediatamente antes de su uso produce un sabor óptimo. • Conserve el café en un lugar fresco y seco para mantener su fr escura.

Retirer la verseuse à café de l’appar eil et remplir d’eau froide selon la quantité désirée. Utiliser les marques à mesur er sur la verseuse pour vous assurer de la bonne quantité d’eau.
23 NETTOY AGE • Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats, toujours nettoyer l’appareil après usage et utiliser de l’eau courante froide pour infuser . • Les grains finement moulus produir ont une extraction plus riche et vous obtiendrez ainsi un café plus corsé.
24 Nettoyage en profondeur Un nettoyage mensuel en profondeur de l’appar eil est recommandé. Des dépôts minéraux peuvent s’accumuler dans le réservoir d’eau ce qui peut allonger le temps d’infusion et diminuer l‘arôme du café. 1.
