START-UP TROUBLES HOOTING Power indicator not lit. a. Verify electrical power is properly hooked-up to W a ter-Max™ and circuit break er is turned ON b. Verify power switch is turned ON c. Verify that water tank is properl y in place and mated with the receptacle d.
OPERA TION Water -Max™ is used to dispense hot w ater f or food prep aration. Set-Up and Usage Install the water tank on the W ater-Max™ shelf. Make sure that the tank is properly position ed, tha t the connector is seated and that th e dispensing nozzle lowered into position in t h e w ater tank lid.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS DAILY CLEA NING PRECAUTIONS: Press POW ER S W I TCH to OFF (0). Drain all water from TANK. Rem ove tan k fr o m W a ter-Max™. FREQUENCY: Minim u m - Daily , or as required TOOL S: Sof t Cloth, Soft Bristle Brush Wipe down the exterior of the Water-Max™ with a soft damp cloth.
PRECAUTIONS : Water in tank is EXTREMELY HOT (± 200ºF) Turn W ater-Max™ OFF and allow to cool Tank full of water is HEAVY (64 lbs.) Drain water from tank before moving. FREQUENCY : Weekly, or as required when Water-Max™ will not maintain water at 197ºF or higher.

Using the scrub pad, clean all scale and lime deposits f ro m the lip of the tank opening an d from the inside of the tank .
