5. Assembly of Meat Clamp Inser t both Thumb Screws into the holes on the Loc k Ar m. NO TE: Do not tighten Thumb Screws fully . Inser t middle Meat Clamp Ar m into top into top of the Lock Arm as shown. Tighten top Thumb Screw to lock Meat Clamp into shaft.
Securing Flat Food and 1/2 Chicken/Fo wl 2. Inser t the BENT end of Meat Clamp into the lock arm and finger tighten the thumb screws . 3. Place flat f ood such as a slab of r ibs across the set of cradle bars as shown. (Split chic ken is placed with the rounded side tow ards the rotisser ie bars and split/flat side of f ood towards the Meat Clamp .
6. Set the Rotisserie Shaft on the cooking box. Slide the squared end of the Rotisserie Shaft into the Motor . 7. Set the Handle Shaft on the cooking bo x. The groov e closest to the basket fits the Genesis Silv er A gas grill. This groov e should rest in the cut-out in the cooking bo x for the Genesis Silv er A gas grill.
Cooking Instructions • When cooking more than one va r iety of meat (chick en and roast), there is no need to balance the diff erence in weights, as the bask et is designed to carr y the weights e venly .
