- 3 - INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND CARE OF CHEESEMELTERS GENERAL Cheesemel ters are prod uced with quality work manship and material. Pro per install ation, usage and mainte nance of your C heesemelter w ill result in many ye ars of satisf actory performance.
- 4 - The installati on location must all ow adequate clearances for servicing an d proper operation. While another gas- fired chee semelte r can be placed adjacen t to this Cheesemelte r, there must be no obstruct ion to the front of the Ch eesemelter.

Place and align Che esemelter on top of brackets; place t he back of the un it flush with the rear of the shelf.
GAS PRESSURE REGULATO R INSTALLATION Gas regulator p ressure is pres et at 5” Water C olumn (W.C.) fo r natural gas, and 10” W.C. for propane ga s. No further ad justment should be requir ed. Install th e regulator as close to the cheese melter on the g as supply lin e as possibl e.
- 7 - OPERATION WARNING: THE CHEESEMELTER AND ITS PARTS ARE HOT. BE CAREFUL WHEN OPERATING, CLEANING OR SERVIC ING THE CHEESEMELTER. CONTROLS Burner Valve — the burner val ve regulates the flow of gas th roughout th e Cheesemelter. Ga s flow is incre ased by turn ing the valv e counterclo ckwise.
- 8 - LOADING AND UNLOADING Place the rack in the desired po sition. Pull th e rack out for loadin g. Load as quick ly as possible and av oid spillage. Push the r ack into place and cook for th e appropriat e time. Lower and p ull the rack out for unloading .
