To T est Straight T wisted Pair (Shielded or Unshielded) Cables 1. Plug one end of the cable into the modular jack on the master unit and the other end into the modular jack of the remote terminator . 2. As soon as the Power is turned on, the LEDs on the r emote terminator will start to scan each pair one by one.
2 1. Plug one end of cable to the BNC socket of master unit and the other end to the BNC terminator included with the F4F315-T . 2. Push the Power button to the ON position on the master unit. If the BNC LED illuminates, the cable is bad. 3. If the cable passes step 2, then push the BNC test button on the side of the master unit.
