4 Getting Started Battery installation & charging Install batteries as shown below, plug in the charger, then place the handset in the charger for 15 hours before first use. You can keep batteries charged by placing the handset in the charger after each use.
5 Getting Started After the batteries are fully charged, follow the pro- cedure below to register the handset to the base. 1 Select MENU . 2 Highlight “Register,” then select OK . The screen will display, "Search Base." 3 Press and hold the LOCATE HANDSET button on the base for at least 30 seconds.
