5 1 STEP Guide Rail Axle Stabilizer 1 STEP • For ease of assembly , place a block (about 2” thick) under the rear of the frame. • Slide the axle through the plastic sleeves of the right guide rail and the frame. Slide the left guide rail onto the left side of the axle.
6 2 STEP Pedal Arm Bracket Cover Rotation Axle Guide Rail Pedal Arm 2 STEP • Slide a wavy washer (25x34x2T) onto the right rotation axle. Slide the bushing housing of the right pedal arm onto the right rotation axle. The pedal arm roller wheel should be placed in the groove of the guide rail.
7 3 STEP Console Console Mast Boot Frame Bracket X6100 3 STEP • With the screwdriver , remove the screws for the water bottle cage in the center of the console mast. Slide the rubber boot onto the console mast. • Unfold the wire harness located in the frame bracket.
8 4 STEP Lower Link Arm 4 STEP GREEN BAG • Slide a wavy washer (20x29x1.5T) on the lower link arm axle, which is located under the foot plate. Slide the axle through the bracket located on top of the pedal arm. • Secure the lower link ar m to the pedal arm by attaching the pedal support bracket with three screws (M8x13L).
5 STEP Dual-Action Axle Cover Link Arm Covers Dual-Action Arm 9 5 STEP • On the right side, slide the dual- action axle cover into place on the con- sole mast axle. Slide a wavy washer (25x34x2T) onto the axle. Slide the right dual-action arm on the axle.
