From the front side , position the control panel upside down between the front legs as sho wn. 3. Set the control panel between the front legs and line up the mounting holes .

P osition the bur ner chamber upside do wn ov er the bottom of the cabinet as shown. 3. Set the burner chamber onto the bottom of the cabinet, just inside the cut out por tion of the bottom panel.
Hardware: T ools needed: Assembl y Step 5 Phillips Head Screwdri v er 1/2” Wrench 1. F or each damper plate, line it up with the damper openings on the outside of the smoker cabinet. 2. Inser t a 10-24x5/8” bolt into the center mounting hole from the outside of the smoker .
9 1. Assemble the door handle components as shown. With the handle w asher and spring mounted to the door handle, insert the door handle into the front of the door as shown. 2. Place the mounting plate onto the backside of the door panel, capturing the door handle.
10 1. Inser t the rac k suppor ts into the mounting tracks inside the smok er cabinet as sho wn. The larg e rack supports must be placed in the position shown. Place small rack supports into the bottom most positions of both sides, and ev enly space the remaining racks into the upper positions .
11 1. Inser t the 4 cooking g rids into the top 4 g rid rack positions . 2. Place the water pan onto the large rack supports . 3. 4. Place the lid onto the w ood bo x and set the w ood bo x onto the w ood bo x rack. Inser t the w ood bo x rack into the low er most rac k position.
OR Crimp 1. Using the zip tie, secure the hose to the front leg as shown. Do not pull the zip tie tight - lea v e it just loose enough so that the hose can be adjusted if needed. 2. T ying the hose to the leg helps pre vent the hose fr om coming into contact with the hot bur ner chamber.

14 LP T ank Not Included Cylinders must be filled before initial use . All handling, transport, filling and storage of LP gas cylinders must be in accordance with Cylinders must be suitably tied down during transport. Do not place any other items on top of cylinders at any time .
Pre-Use Pr ocedures Adding W ater Y our smoker has been packaged with a retail store lev el point-of-purc hase label that hangs on the front of the door panel. T his label must be remo v ed before use . T o remov e the label, simply cut or tear along the indicated line and pull the top por tion of the label from behind the name plate.

17 Lighting Procedur e Ignitor Lighting System: Match Lighting: 1. Check all connections for leaks using the "soapy w ater” test as explained on page 16. 2. Open the smoker cabinet door . 3. Check for any bloc kage to the venturi tube or burner .
Shutting the Smok er Of f CA UTION: T he smok er can become very hot while in use. Do not touc h any por tion of the smoker ex cept for the door handle and bur ner control knob . It may be necessar y to use protectiv e gloves . T ur n the bur ner control knob off by pushing in and rotating clockwise .
Cooking Instr uctions IMPOR T ANT : Before each use, clean and inspect the hose and the connection to the LP cylinder . If there is evidence of abrasion, wear , cuts or leaks , the hose must be replaced before the smoker is used. R efer to the “leak test” instr uctions in the LP T ank connection por tion of this manual.
