7 3 4. a. Rem ov e the t wo flang e nuts, hex bolt s and sadd le washers wh ich sec ure the rig ht side of th e upper handl e to the right s ide of the l ower handle. See Figure 3 - 4. b . Remove the three hex nuts an d bell washers fr om the weld st uds besi de the op ening on t he right si de of the ch ipper-shredd er vacuum.
